Take an art workshop with Margaret Bodley Edwards at her art studio in Rothbury. Margaret is an experienced artist who enjoys working with individuals in a friendly, productive environment to teach art.

Margaret Bodley Edwards provides workshops, demonstrations and classes that take place in her studio in Rothbury, Northumberland on a regular basis. She has tables to make a mess on and all the materials and equipment that you need.

She provides art workshops to both adults and young people, so there’s something for everyone.

Everything from life drawing to abstract art is on the menu, in watercolours, oil paints, soft pastels, oil pastels, acrylics, collage, watercolour pencils. In addition Margaret also specialises in crafts offering textiles as well as papercrafts.

Times & Prices

Adult Painting & Drawing Art Workshops:
Every Friday 10am to 4pm only £5 per hour, or £20 all day

Adult Crafts Art Workshops:

All craft sessions are arranged on an individual basis, at £10 per person per hour. If you want to bring friends, there’s a maximum of 5 people at a time, or you are welcome to come alone..

Young People Art Workshops:

SUNDAY SESSIONS – For anyone of school age – £8 per session, payable weekly or monthly. 1.00 to 2.30 pm.

AFTER-SCHOOL SESSIONS – Mondays & Fridays from when school ends for an hour an hour and a half (£8) Y4 upwards.
