Aydon Castle, Northumberland

Also known as the Aydon Hall back in the day, this castle is built with fortifications that were strong enough to hold off Scottish raiders. The castle has a 13th century manor architectural design that was built by Robert de Reymes in a secluded woodland in Northumberland, specifically in the village of Corbridge.

This castle was preserved up to this day with no redevelopment or renovation that took place within the past years and centuries making it a historical heritage that is almost completely intact.

Guests would surely fall in love with its medieval architecture and will feel as if they are taken back to the old days of England. The manor is well-designed with carvings and one of the most notable is the Green Man carving.
